Michael Massey
Prior to starting Massey Investment Group, Michael had approximately 10 years of institutional commercial real estate experience spanning mortgage banking and multifamily and student housing acquisitions and development. Over the course of his career he has assisted with the transaction of over $2 billion of real estate and has developed deep expertise across the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and underwriting through capitalization, execution, and asset management.
He has a strong command of both debt and equity markets, with a demonstrated ability to structure and raise capital across a range of deal types and investor profiles.
Michael is a graduate of The University of Georgia, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
Robert Massey
Robert brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, construction, and land entitlement. He entered real estate development in 1997 with his first senior living community, and shortly after developed a large master-planned development incorporating multifamily housing, single-family homes, townhomes, retail, medical office, and commercial uses.
Throughout his career, Robert has successfully guided projects from raw land acquisition through design, entitlement, construction, and completion — including rezonings, wetland delineation, floodplain permitting, historical preservation approvals, and certificates of appropriateness. Robert also leads Massey General Contractors, licensed in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.
Robert is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
